The Site republishes publicly available facility data from SAMHSA's National Survey of Substance Abuse Treatment Services (N-SUMHSS) via the FindTreatment.gov API. We are not affiliated with SAMHSA, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or any treatment facility listed on this Site.

This Site does not:

• Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• Refer, match, or place patients into treatment programs
• Verify that listed facilities are currently accepting patients
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of facility information
• Endorse, recommend, or rank any treatment facility
• Act as an intermediary between patients and treatment providers

• Whether a facility currently accepts the insurance types listed
• Current staffing, capacity, or bed availability
• Quality of care or treatment outcomes
• Current pricing or fees
